integrate api for subtitle preferences 

- loading subtitle file
- setting subtitle font
- setting subtitle size
(- setting subtitle position?)

still missing load from file, otherwise this is available in master (to be 4.7)

is this bug closed or we still can't load external subtitles from phonon based video players?

i still can't load external subtitles from dragon player. 
What's the state of art of phonon backends regarding this much needed feature?

Load from file also available now.

Font settings are only partially backed by VLC because of issues with the freetype renderer.
