- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I was opening the PDF file and rapidly pressed the key "2" for "Yellow Inline annotation", then Okular crashed. Same happened, when I rapidly pressed "F6" (to enable "Annotation" bar, that is NOT remembered …), then "2",

The crash can be reproduced every time.
