- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had 4 applications running on my KDE desktop 4.7.4
1 - Dolphin Version 1.7
2 - Mozilla Firefox 10.0
3 - Konsole Version 2.7.4
4 - Inkscape 0.48.2 r9819

I was switching tasks between the Inkscape and Konsole applications. I clicked the Konsole button in the task manager panel to bring it to the front. Instead the whole task panel flickered and disappeared for a couple of seconds, then came back with all my running applications still in the panel. Nothing was lost, but the whole desktop did reset itself.
Will be glad to provide additional info if you let me know how.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

1.) Open two (Opera) windows
2.) Drag and drop it to an other desktop via the desktop switcher

My windows are always grouped and no windows are shown from the other desktop.
