In previous versions, when a Folder View was clicked and the list displayed more than could fit on the screen, it could be scrolled using the mouse wheel. It seems this feature no longer works so it's impossible to view more than will fit on the screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a folder view to a folder with loads of files in it.

Actual Results:  
Can't scroll.

Expected Results:  
Can scroll.

Same here. I have to use the arrow key to go down.
