That information was at the bottom in the automatically created part of the report. I was referring to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=224212 I have not experienced the problem again and although booting into KDE daily, I had not seen it too often before. Many greetings Steffen Ah, I just saw the "Fixed in 4.5.0" note, which most likely refers to KDE (was on the still current in Debian Sid 4.4.5) not to Qt. Seems like I should just wait for a newer KDE to arrive in unstable. Yes this has been fixed already in a newer version. If you want to have a fix in Debian you should probably report a bug on http://www.debian.org/Bugs/ and ask them to backport the fix discussed at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=236496 comment #11 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 224212 *** Btw. you can avoid this crash if you disable the places runner. |
