Hi, are u still experience this problem in a more recent version of KDE (4.7.x)? Closing for lack of feedback. Please feel free to reopen this report if you can still reproduce this with KDE 4.8.3 or later. Now it's vice versa in 4.8.3: The panel always covers the window, ie. the window is maximized to the entire screen size and no panel space preserved [Multimonitor Issue] Same issue here on ArchLinux, KDE 4.10.3 Also see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=284422 Got from [Enrico] on IRC that having TOP Y Axis of the monitors aligned is a workarround and indeed it is for me. Though not a really good one since that makes my mouse to warp up when switching monitor because of the placement. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 319840 *** |
