It's working fine now. Check if your "local folders" ( maildir ) resource is offline. I can still reproduce this bug today. Sergio and Tobias Koening are investigating (thx guys!) N900, 4:4.6~20101103.1192600-1maemo1.1192446 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 255897 *** I retested this today and I can still reproduce this bug. N900, 4:4.6~20101105.1193208-1maemo1.1193066 I can now send and receive emails properly so I am closing this bug. The pb was due to the fact that I had several emails with no remote id stuck in my outbox. Deleting them from Akonadi Console - Browser tab and restarting Akonadi server solved the pb.
