How is this different from your earlier report bug 249225? Please note that the left mouse button does *not* move tabs in Konqueror. It drags the tab's URL, and if you drop it on a tab in the tab bar (there is no real space "between" tabs there), that tab gets the first tab's URL. BTW, I think tab moving/dragging has always worked this way in Konqueror - I just tried KDE 3.5.9 in a VM, and it seems to work exactly like that.
