The crash log indicates that this is an error with the Xine library itself, which Kaffeine uses to decode video. Please report this to Xine and/or your distribution.

"The crash does NOT occur when playing the same files (H264-compressed, .mkv)
with xine-ui. This leads me to the conclusion, which may be wrong, that the
problem is NOT related to xine, but only to its Kaffeine-frontend."
