Thanks :) I am seeing this bug in KDE 4.5. This bug is still present in 4.5.2 I confirm it again, the bug is back again in KDE 4.5.2 :-( fixed the bug in master and backported to 4.6 , so this would fixed in 4.6.1 release :) http://quickgit.kde.org/?p=kde-workspace.git&a=commit&h=8b54937d01b51d8a97c3a1a262d71268f58f39b0 The bug is not fixed in 4.6.1 Yes, my bad... filterbar has focus (cursor blinking) but does not accept any input (keyPress events are processed by the ControllerWindow. I tried to grabKeyboard() on the filterbar, and it works. but It's not an appropriate way of fixing this. any Ideas? *** Bug 261092 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 281617 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 270252 *** |
