Have you set "connect automatically" for the manual IP address wired connection? Yes I have set it but it connects "System" connection only every time I login. I can reproduce this. The problem is that NM always prefers the DHCP System connection ('Auto eth0' or similar) over the user connection with manual IP settings. So this makes this bug a sideeffect of #204340 - since with the ability to edit/delete system connections in KNM, you could workaround NM's rigid behaviour. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 204340 *** |
