Before I dist-upgraded Debian Lenny to Squeeze, I had ran "prelink -a" on my whole system (which included only KDE 3.5 at the time) - could this have caused a problem since I did not later run "prelink -a" after dist-upgrading to Squeeze/Testing? Or since I did not also run "prelink -a" after upgrading to KDE 4 via testing repo's? I was going to run "prelink -a" later, and then reboot the machine (since i did upgrade libc6 on an earlier apt-get upgrade) but it takes so damn long. Would prelink or not rebooting since libc6 upgrade, have anything to do with this? Thanks... I am a newbie at filing bug reports but i want to help because I love KDE so much better than GNOME! *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 200847 *** |
