Description h 2006-08-06 19:43:17 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from: FreeBSD Ports
OS: FreeBSD

Kscreensaver won't start automatically after X minutes like it should, UNLESS I go to control panel, change delay, apply and close control panel. This is only working for the current session.
Comment 1 h 2006-08-09 12:26:17 UTC
If I go to control panel, change the time forth and back to where it was, the screen saver will also then start.

But it's annoying to be forced to re-apply screen saver settings every login.
Comment 2 h 2006-08-18 21:08:26 UTC
It seems the screen saver does start ... when there is no other computer active on the local network. Is the saver sensitive to network traffic??
Comment 3 h 2006-08-19 14:18:17 UTC
disregard that last
