Hi! I know this will be reviewed by Lubos Lunak, the kwin man! :)

I would like to get a visual indication when switching task just like gnome does, showing the outline of the windows as I navigate between the tasks with ALT+TAB.

It just draw the border (as in resizing/movind showing only the border) as you keeps pressing ALT+TAB.

This can be made optional and implemented easily?

Bug 115689 is a dupe of this one, and was commented as such, but never marked as a dupe.  I'm the reporter, so I just closed it.

How do you switch off this horrible "feature". When I updated my Fedora Core system I thought KDE was broken! And in a way it is.

I would also like to switch that off - I couldn't find a switch in neither kcontrol nor kwinrc? 
And I'm not sure what's the correct procedure - reopen this bug? File another bug?
