Description Chris Petersen 2005-11-04 18:27:33 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.92)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I recently switched over from gnome, and am starting to realize how much I depended on the visual aspect of switching windows by looking at the one I want to switch to, and waiting for it to light up. It's especially helpful in a multi-monitor setup with lots of windows when the window switcher dialog follows the screen the mouse is on (meaning I have to find it first) and then lists the window title, which can be unhelpful when there are a number of windows with the same title, or with ones that change titles (like gaim's chat window, which is titled by the current tab rather than something like "gaim chat window")
