Hi, are you really, really, really, really sure that you didn't do anything else then exporting? Is it reproducable? I can hardly imagine that this should cause a delete of all contacts. Ciao, Tobias yes, I did nothing 'evil' - at least I'm not aware of something. Two days later I lost my adressbook again - and I did absolutely nothing exept closing and reopening Kontact. Did you add an email address to the addressbook by rightclicking on an email address
in kmail and use the 'Add to addressbook' action from the RMB menu?

I honestly dont remember it that exactly, but I can't remember that I inserted a new entry *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 87163 *** The development of the old KAddressBook will be discontinued for KDE 4.4. Since the new application has the same name, but a completly new code base we close all bug reports against the old version and ask the submitters to resend there reports against the new product. |
