Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          GCC 3.3.4

Konqueror (file manager) does not refresh right pane on click on icon in left pane after sometime using Konqueror.  It does not happen at first (after log in) but after various time lapses the problem occurs.  A restart of Konquror fixes the problems.  This was a problem in previous versions of KDE but never this bad.  This happens at leaset several times in a 8 hour work day, usally a couple of hours of use between the bug showing up.

Expected action:
single click on folder in the right pane displays the contents of that folder in the right pane

Konqueror settings:
detailed list view

Control Center mouse settings:
Double-click to open files and folders (select icons on first click).

The OS is not Irix it Linux.

I think it should be "single click on folder in the *LEFT* pane displays the contents of that folder in the right pane".

I cannot reproduce this bug with 3.5.2 configured to open files with single-click.
