Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.2.91)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.2 20031218 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.2-r5, propolice-3.3-7) 
OS:                Linux

Steps to reprouce:
1. start "Open File" dialog
2. unhide hidden files with F8
3 Hide'em again

as a result you'll get empty holes where hidden files were.

I guess refresh() in proper place will fix the thing, so no backtrace nor additional info required
