There was a bug filed here which is marked mistakenly as FIXED

If I add a user to my Mandrake 10 and set localedrake to Arabic and then logged on with this username, I find the panel mirrored with some problems. I will attach two files that demonstrate the problems.

Also, changing the localedrake lang to English, logging out and in again would not return the icons position back properly. It seems as if it worked once and only once.
