It would be rally nice if I could drag&drop file from the webpage to the specific directory which I have open in konqueror.

The exact scenario I dream:
- I start konqueror and split the window
- in the left pane I have some webpage with plenty links to files from which I want to download some
- in the right pane I open some directory
- now I'd love to drag&drop selected links (the result of drop being just download to the directory I drop)

Similar case with two konqueror windows, one opened on the web, the second one in the local dir.

Currently konqueror does not allow to drag...

That's actually a bug, that has been fixed for 3.2.2.

Please, reopen the bug: in KDE4 (Revision 739996) the problem is back (due to the dolphin part for viewing files).
