The miniature window description tooltip thumbnail things are supposed to pop up when I hover over a minimized window. Instead, they pop up even when I just click a window button and I then have to move the cursor back to the panel and hover over the button in hope that the tooltip disappears. Highly annoying. I think this is a regression as I don't recall them popping up all the time before upgrading to 5.4.1/5.14.0/15.08.0 and 15.08.1.
Just found out I can disable them completely, hooray.
