Description cocacooler 2013-12-05 18:29:40 UTC
There are many right click menus in many programs. Whenever one is opened, kde's global hotkeys don't work. I've tested it with right clicking in pidgin on some contact, right clicking in dolphin on a file, right clicking in kdialog on a file, right clicking in kate on text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set alt-tab and printscreen hotkeys to do something
2. Open Kate, right click on where you input text and keep that menu opened
or
2. Open Dolphin, right click on a file
3. press alt-tab or printscreen
Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
The action bound to that global hotkey should happen.

I have "shutter --select" bound to printscreen key in System Settings - Custom Shortcuts - it works when right click menu is not opened. Alt-tab window swapping works normally too.
