Description Cyril Brosch 2012-09-21 14:42:59 UTC
The taskbar tooltips of windows now show the window title and the virtual desktop it is on. It would be very handy if the tooltip would also show on which activity/ies a window is.
I for myself work with at least two activities at the same time and sometimes unnecessarily switch between them (which is a bit expensive on my aged hardware and is annoying regarding the workflow) because I can't see easily to which activity a window is linked.

The following is technically not related, but the tooltips and the button action could be implemented at the same time: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=261649.

Reproducible: Always

Plasma 5 does this.
