Version:           2.2.4 (using KDE 4.6.1) 
OS:                Linux

while downloading from ftp which requires username/password constantly appears Authorization dialog asking for username/password


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) add couple (or more) links from ftp that requires username/password
2) Authorization dialog appears asking for username/password, fill in with proper user/pass
3) in a couple minutes Authorization dialog appears again, user/pass fields are already filled in. After pressing OK button downloading continues.
4) in a couple minutes Authorization dialog appeares again and again...


Expected Results:

This looks like a duplicate to me.
In any case Dawit is working on a solution [1] and I hope that it will be solved by 4.6.2.
So if you still have this problem with 4.6.2 then please reopen this report.

I updated to the KDE 4.6.2 packages with openSUSE 11.4 and applications (dolphin, konqueror, akonadi) are still displaying the password dialog when connecting to a ftp server. Username and password are already filled in so I just have to press OK to continue.
