Description Rafael Leal 2010-02-16 15:43:10 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

I have the HTML toolbar visible all the time, between the Main and the Location toolbars. If I open a pdf in a konqueror tab, the HTML toolbar jumps down to its original place below the main toolbar (not in the pdf tab itself, where the HTML bar disappears, but in all other tabs) and after closing the pdf I have to put the toolbar again where I want it to be.

It doesn't happen if I open for example a jpg file.

It's not a bug new to KDE SC 4.4.0, it existed in previous SCs as well.

I also have configured Konqueror to show HTML-toolbar. I have 2 rows:
1) Main + HTML toolbars
2) Location bar + Go button

Placement of the HTML-toolbar seems very fragile. One problem seems to be when logging out while Konqueror is still opened. After logging back in, HTML-toolbar is placed on the 2nd row instead and can easily disappear when switching between tabs.

I use KDE SC 4.4.93 currently.
