What I was doing when the application crashed:
I used an Atheros USB WLAN dongle and wanted to connect to a WPA secured WLAN network using the KDE network applet (the icon next to the clock). It asks me for the WLAN password, diplays that it connects to it, and then KDED crahes and the network connection can not be established.
