Description Egbert van der Wal 2008-11-03 12:19:49 UTC
Version: 3.1.2 (using KDE 4.1.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

In System Settings under Mouse & Keyboard I have set up KDE to use double clicks to start/open files instead of using single clicks.

Kate does not respect this setting in the file selection window. It only works for directories which are opened by double clicking only, but when I single click a file it gets opened right away, not the behaviour you would expect when KDE is configured to use double clicks.
