After update from kde 4.0 (default in Fedora 9) to kde 4.1 konsole shut down with comment
"terminal is not fully functional"

Hello,

Thank-you for the report.  Unfortunately it does not include enough information about where in Konsole the crash occurred.  Please could you install the debugging information package for kdebase, re-start Konsole and get a new backtrace.

No news from the bug reporter (4months), closing. Please reopen this bug report if you experience the same bug again with a recent KDE (4.1.4 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2rc1 / 4.2svn / 4.3svn) . Thanks :)
