That trouble was found when I set up my Konsole profile.
I just turned scrolling from "disable" to "unlimited" at "scrolling" section.
Also I add "%d" to tab header and "%h" to remote access at "tabs" section.
Same trouble was in Yakuake.

Today I've update my KDE 4.1.2 and seemes like that trouble is gone.
