strg+i work fine but I can't use strg+shift+i it doesn't work..

This bug is a duplicate of bug #80837

This is because the shortcut is assigned twice.
Example: If you have running kopete, do the following in kopete's mainwindow:
1. Settings -> "Configure Global Shortcuts"
2. change shortcut for "Read Message" (CTRL+SHIFT+I)

If this does not work, please try to find out which other app uses this shortcut. If there is another reason for why it does not work, please reopen this report.
