When typing something into the URI bar, the completion drop-down will appear. Pressing CTRL-L will not erase what is in the URI bar, in this case.

It works correctly on current trunk and 4.3. It has been fixed.

Sometimes I can reproduce the bug. Anyway this is a dup.
