Version: 1.10.0 (using 4.1.00 (KDE 4.0.99 (4.1 RC1+)) "release 13.5", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_10.3) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.22.18-0.2-default for imap sent mails it is not possible to send the mail again
Please give more detail. Read also http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html, please. How did you send the message? Normally, when KMail stores sent messages in the local sent-mail folder, sending messages has nothing to do with IMAP. So how did you end up with a message in an IMAP sent-mail folder?
2 possibilities for putting sent mails into an IMAP sent-mail folder * Identity - > advanced > Sentmail folder -> select IMAP Sent mail (same for trash and templates) * folder -> properties -> keep replies in this folder IIRC the problem once existed also in KDE 3
I can't reproduce this by using "Keep replies in this folder", with an online IMAP folder. The sent message is copied to the IMAP folder, and I can send it again without problems. > IIRC the problem once existed also in KDE 3 Yes indeed, bug 119623. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 119623 ***
