Version:           2.5.7 (using 3.5.7, Debian Package 4:3.5.7.dfsg.1-7 (lenny/sid))
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.21-2-686

Well...  
I use control+I   to indent and
control+shift+I  to unindent..

Both works well but
after some hours of working  
control+shift+I does' not work ..

Do you have the option in the Indentation config page called "Keep indent profile" enabled? If so, that might be the problem?

Just tried this in Kate 3.0.3 using KDE 4.0.3.
However, if I change the shortcut to control+alt+i it works perfectly.

Isn't this the usual problem with kopete?

Ah, yes. At least I cannot reproduce it here either. I'll mark it as duplicate now. 

@Labros: Can you please check this again, and the problem persists investigate more and reopen this issue? - Thanks!

ok. I keep my attention to "Keep indent profile" selection in config.

It has nothing to do with keep indent profile. Check, whether you have kopete running and the global shortcut activated:
1. open kopete
2. Settings > Configure Global Shortcuts
3. Read Message has the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+I by default.
Remove it, if you don't need it.
