kmail crashes when i try to add "identify as spam" button on toolbar.

if I press "right" and then "ok" kmail crashes. 
When I run kmail again, it crashes

Only after deleting this file: "/home/legus/.kde/share/apps/kmail/kmail_part.rc" kmail begin to start without crash.
