Version: 3.5.7 (using KDE 3.5.7, Gentoo) Compiler: Target: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.21-gentoo-r3 this only was introduced quite recently (>3.5.6?) and it is rea-ally getting on my nerves, who CHANGED the old, perfectly usable behaviour AND WHY? another incident of GNOMEDOWS attitude limiting KDE's once superior efficiency.. someone please investigate or give me a hint where to look for that so that I can submit a pathc... anyways regards
I suspect it is a duplicate report, but to clarify. You click LMB on location bar, you start typing "kde", combo box opens and then you are unable to: a) type (using keyboard of course) any longer? b) use keyboard shortcut, for example win+2 (in my case) to get to the switch desktop? If (b), then look at the original report: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70063
I also think it's a duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 70063 ***
