Description solsTiCe 2007-02-02 13:21:44 UTC
Version: 1.6.6 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package
OS: Linux

since i can't reopen bug #46597 and that my comment will stay unnoticed, i filled that bug report:

to report that when you run reset command in konsole it resize the window of konsole to 80 columns and add two lines to the window size.

example if my window is 100x37 after reset it will be 80x39

that bug appeared after kde 3.5.4 release i think

I am not able to reproduce this bug with KDE 3.5.5 or KDE 3.5.6.

Are you using Konsole as it came out of the box, or have you made any changes to Konsole settings?

my konsole configuration

this is the output of
find .kde -type f|grep konsole|tar czvf dotkonsole.tar.gz -T -

oh. i did not notice that. but when i run from a new user, with a fresh .kde it
works nice.

i have made some change to the config of konsole yes of course. you got that
config above

I couldn't reproduce the problem and without duplicating your configuration entirely I don't think I could easily.

I suggest removing your Konsole configuration if this problem is still present.
