A new email was received by Kontact, so I switched on this program. The summary view was open. I clicked on the link to the new email in the "New emails" part of the summary zone and Kontact Crashed.

The kontact plugins loaded are: summary, email, contacts, tasks, calendar, notes, news, personnal events ("journal" in French) and RSS feeds.

Here is the stack:

Vérification au démarrage de la configuration du système désactivée.

Can not reproduce and with the given amount of information it's hard to track down the bug.
Comment 2 Tobias Koenig 2007-02-12 16:57:51 UTC
Hi,

unfortunately the backtrace doesn't help much.

I'd close the bug report for now, feel free to reopen it when you recieved a better
backtrace or found a way to reproduce it to 100%

Ciao,
Tobias
Comment 3 Allen Winter 2007-02-12 17:01:57 UTC
I get a similar crash+backtrace when I select RMB mark to-do completed in the Todo summary. At least I did with KDE 3.5.5.

So I won't close this bug. Looks more like a bug in Qt than in Kontact, but let's keep the bug here for now.
