Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)

Numbers with more than five significant digits after  the period are always displayed with five digits. The settings do not have any effect. For example: 0.123456 results in 0.12345

I fixed this in the svn-tree (for KDE-3.5.1 and KDE 4.0).
If it still doesn't work, please reopen the bug.

This bug which has been fixed in KCalc 2.01 is reproduced by the Kicker Math Expression Evaluator applet. I have hence reported:

Bug #122725: Kicker applet Math Evaluator reproduces KCalc bug #119355

(I did not say "bug #116835" because 0.123456 is not converted to 0.12345 in the applet.)
