Version:           1.3.3 (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc 3.4.4 CFLAGS= -march=athlon-xp -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer -m3dnow -msse -mmmx -mfpmath=sse
OS:                Linux

Files whose names include special characters wont be added to the collection. This includes files with common characters (e.g. a.ogg) included in directories named with special characters.
Tested with this characters: ñ,é,Ô

This worked without troubles in v. 1.3.2 of amarok
