Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2) Installed from: SuSE RPMs OS: Linux hello, as the title says :) i realy like the way amaroK filter the playlist so can Konqueror use the same way to filter files within viewing folder content? ie if i am in HOME and typed in "google-like" search box (*.mp3) it filter to view only all ,mp3 files or (dale) it shows all files/folder/ contain this.. etc. and another little feature "not important" it can search also in sub-folder and redirect it to me by clicking in little small arrow under the folder's icon ie. in HOME i search for (dale) but its in sub-folder of (mp3s) so i see only mp3 folder with this arrow clicking it will list only all sub-folders/files contain the word (dale) anyway its not important if its hard to do (i am not developer so i cant guess that) will you please care about this wish? i have many ideas going arround sence i moved to linux 3 days a go but realy loved it :) , dont know if you'll get my email with this so incase its acc.cust@gmail.com and sorry for my english :) best regards
You CAN use a filter like *.mp3. You just have to add that to the location bar (i.e., if your location bar says /home/you/, you can make it into /home/you/*.mp3 to show only MP3 files in that folder).
