Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.1 (SuSE Linux)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-243-default

When I reconfigure the toolbar on an application of which I have multiple instances running (for example Konqueror), only the instance whose menu I selected "Settings/Configure Toolbar" from has the new toolbar. I'd prefer that all running instances of the application would update their toolbars.
