Can you reproduce the problem? Do any other kde/non-kde apps have trouble reading off the usb key? I can reproduce it. Even more, it seems not to be related directly to the USB key, but to the system:/ thing. If I right-click on the device in Konqueror and select to open it in a classic file system ( /media/disk), it works. can you access any files off system:/ in any kde app? Yes I can. Konqueror reads the content, kuickshow, KPDF and KOffice open files on it. |
