Oh, sorry, forgot to reference previous work: This is mentioned in passing in bug 86470, which calls for clear marking of the date-picker-selected date in month view (this would seriously reduce the severity of this bug, as the effects would become more visible). This has nothing to do with the issues reported in bug 56546, which was about a different sense of sync between the month view and the date picker, although the fix reported there does sound like it should have effected this issue. Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created korganizer-devel mailing list. *** Bug 144805 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This is now working as expected (with KOrganizer 4.1) "WORKSFORME" means the bug was never reporoducible. Since it appears to have been reproduced at least once (by the reporter of the duplicate bug), and since a version of a week before the closing didn't work, I think the bug was actually fixed. (my ego notwithstanding, this affects how the bug is treated by QA and reported in changes lists etc) https://bugs.kde.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#resolution Now copying an event and pasting into a different date cell doesn't incorrectly paste the event into today's date. Now, instead, it fails to paste altogether. ("Sigh!") I have made it into a feature request. |
