KDE Desktop icons
Version: KDE 1.93 >= 20000813

The icons on the desktop do not align vertically properly.  They seem to be 
aligning based on the title of the icon and not the icon itself.  For 
example if an icon has a short name it will align closer to the left side 
than an icon with a long text name.
