Description David Förster 2005-02-05 16:13:57 UTC
Version: 1.2 beta 4 (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

I have some proposals to increase the usability of the cover manager:

When fetching all missing covers lots of alerts popup telling you about some problems (no cover, offer to change search phrase). This is pretty anoying when the collection is big. Please add an option to supress all that popups and just fetch the available covers.

When fetching a single cover there's a button "next cover". If you click it but find that the next one is even worse, there's no way back. Please add at least a "previous cover" button or, even better, display all covers that have been fetch for that album so far for selection.

Well, testing now on CVS:
When fetching all missing covers, it does not ask for any information, only popup error messages. There's no popups for cover not found or asking for user input.
The other request is a dup of: BR #98519.
