Yes this is a duplicate of Bug 37535, but that report is now *3 years* old and I figure long forgotten. This should be considered a bug rather then a wish list item, as being able to properly exclude domains and local network ranges is a requirement in most all environments where a proxy is in use.

Exceptions of ip ranges in the form of '192.168.0.0/24' must be allowed. This currently works this way in Firefox. 

Being able to wildcard or regex domain names for ex/inclusion would also be quite useful.
