Hello,

When splitting konqueror into two views, one using standard file browsing and one using the so beautiful filelight kpart, if the views are linked the don't communicate very well.

Changing directory from file browsing view inform correctly filelight.
But, when changing directory from the filelight part, the file browsing part do not change.

Filelight part should send the OpenURLRequest signal instead of OpenURL to inform all others parts.

ps : First bug ;-)

I have just compiled and installed 1.0rc1. The bug is still there. I split konqueror view in two parts and linked them. If I browse from the standard view the filelight part follow correctly, but if browse with filelight the other part (standard icon view) does not follow.

This seems to be a bug in how Konqueror links parts in split views. I'll ask David Faure for a bit more info, he probably knows something.

Any news on this bug? Or can it be closed now that Dolphin is the new file manager?
