Currently, when someone types a mail, and then closes the composer window, she is asked (I use translated version, so the exact question might be a bit different):
- save mail in concepts
- delete mail
- cancel

But the most important question is not asked! The user should also be asked if she wants to send the mail now:
- send mail
- save mail
- delete mail
- cancel

I was recently asked to install linux/kde on a pc for a whole family. A couple days later, the mum asked me why some of her mails did not arrive. When I looked at kmail, I saw that her folder with concepts contained all the unsend mails...

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
