Look at jumping login button and fields near it...
I can guess a width of a window to fix that annoying bug... but in a maximized window it sucks...

And, when at this page, try to select menu, address text and so on... On my AthlonXP 1800 it makes too slowly. When resize to "no jumping" state all ok...
