At least, this could let us write html mails without the need of a full gui! I'd like very much this feature, I think it could be really useful for itself, not only while waiting for features like this: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46411
I also think this would be a good feature. I think it is best to put direct HTML formatting also in templates - so we (HTML savvies) can create templates for normal people.
I added in 4.10 "insert html" directly
